Why should you exercise?





Exercising not only has its physical benefits but also mental.

                                 

By having a daily exercise routine your body will have more energy to do the things you love! Your body will have less fat and more muscle giving you more energy.

                               

Exercising will also give you more focus and help improve your concentration. (no you wont get crazy hair)

                                     

Another advantage of exercising is decreasing depression. By when you exercising, your body releases endorphines (hormones that make you feel good) by making your mood better and supressing depression. Exercising causes your heart to pump more blood making it work harder and keep it healthier.

                                     

With more blood pumping you can reduce the risk of heart disease. You can also help support your bones and keep them stronger as you get older. I am a regular exerciser but I would like to hear from any other on how they feel and what benefits they have recieved.
