Tips on how to get the perfect abs!





Doing ab exercises is important but DIET IS JUST AS IMPORTANT! 

By doing ab exercises you will strengthen your abs but you may still have layers and layers of fat covering your ab muscles. And this can be reduced by exercising and eating food with less fat.

                                          

Eat breakfast! skipping break is actually a bad idea if you are trying to lose fat. because you don't eat breakfast your body will want to have a big meal for lunch or dinner.You do not need to eat a very large breakfast but even something simple like cereal or fruits.

You need to eat a smaller dinner! most people after dinner are not so active so if you have eaten a lot and you just sit there the fat will just be stored in your body and add to the layer that is already preventing your abs from showing. Unless you know that you be active do no eat a lot. the same concept goes for before sleeping. Your body will break down food while it is asleep but only a small amount. To help you eat smaller portions try to eat some fruits and drink more water to lower your appetite.
                                                                      
Eat a little every hour! you should eat every hour or two  to keep your metabolism steady. If you only eat once a day your body will try to limit the amount of fat it breaks down and will store the food you eat as fat. Your body knows that you only eat once so it will wants to take and food it has and save it for emergencies. If you eat something every couple of hours it will not necessarily speed up your metabolism but will keep it steady. Your body knows that your always taking in food so when you eat something it will burn the calories instead of storing it as fat. Your should try to include protein in those meals so that your body will not need to break down your muscle for energy when it does not use the fat.
                                         
Exercise! Not only should you work your abs but even the rest of your body. If your body has more muscle it will also use more calories. Since you will be dieting you do not want your body to break down your muscle in case your don't get enough food so you should exercise your body to prevent any muscle loss.
